Application of Conditions

By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

The Customer: The corporate entity, firm or individual ordering the goods from the Company

All orders are made and processed subject to the following Terms & Conditions.


Unless otherwise stated to be fixed for a defined period, Freesoul Eco reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.


The customer will agree to pay the full invoice amount by credit/debit card unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not store credit card details, nor do we share Customer details with any third parties.


Under the United Kingdom’s distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item/s purchased online from Freesoul Eco for a full refund. If you have not yet received your order, please contact us via email or telephone as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched. If your order has already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures, which are detailed in our Returns Information.

All costs pertaining to the return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us; as such, we recommend that you insure Returns parcels for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery for security purposes.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. All goods must be returned to Freesoul Eco in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Freesoul Eco reserves the right to refuse a credit or refund if the goods returned are not in a re-saleable condition.

Return Instructions:

Please send an email or contact us via the online contact form, including details of reason for return. We endeavour to respond to all customers promptly; however, at busier periods it may take a little longer. Upon receipt of your request we will provide you with instructions to return your items via email.


We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude original shipping costs.


Please note that due to health or hygiene reasons toiletry items are not suitable for return if the item has been unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty upon delivery to you or if they have been incorrectly delivered).

Missing Products:

The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. Freesoul Eco reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Online Product Images and Descriptions:

Due to the nature of the products we supply, please be advised that on occasion the images on the site may differ slightly from the products received by the Customer. In such an event, the Freesoul Eco confirms that all products supplied to Customers remain fit for the purpose and will match the description of its intended use.

UK and Overseas Orders – Shipping:

Freesoul Eco ships has a flat rate for shipping within the UK and Free UK delivery on all orders over £25.00. Shipping for orders received from Customers outside of the UK will be determined on an individual basis.


Orders delivered within the UK will be posted either 2nd class or 2nd class recorded mail depending on the value of the order.

It is possible to provide an expedited delivery service if you should require your goods sooner – please contact us first before placing your order to enable us to arrange this for you and to issue an updated invoice, all express shipping costs must be met by the Customer if a faster service is required. Please note that express delivery is only available on orders placed before 1pm (GMT) Monday to Friday in the UK. Please note all orders placed after 1pm on Friday, will be dispatched the following Monday except where the following Monday is a Bank Holiday.

Dispatch Times:

Freesoul Eco usually have all items in stock, which means that upon receipt of orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, your items will normally be dispatched the following day. For orders placed after 1pm they will be shipped the next working day. In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know as quickly as possible and either provide a full refund or to arrange to dispatch once items are back in stock if the timeframe for stock replenishment is fewer than 14 days. In the event that items are out of stock either due to a supplier issue or temporary stock shortage, we will issue a full refund.

Delivery Times:

We ship orders as quickly as possible but once items have been dispatched, Freesoul Eco cannot guarantee delivery timescales as these are determined by Royal Mail, or in the event that you have opted to use an expedited delivery service, the timescales determined by the carrier chosen by the Customer.
